1. Nature of the Service

The clarity session is a one-on-one advisory conversation intended to offer insight, understanding, and clarity using a blend of astrology, numerology, and psychology.
It is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or mental health treatment.

All insights shared are meant for self-reflection and awareness, not guaranteed outcomes.

2. No Guarantees or Predictions

The session does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or changes.
No fixed predictions or promises are made regarding money, relationships, career, or life events.

Personal decisions and actions remain entirely your responsibility.

3. Personal Responsibility

By participating in the session, you acknowledge that:

You are responsible for your own choices and actions

Any insights received are used at your own discretion

The session is meant to support clarity, not replace independent judgment

4. Session Format & Duration

Sessions are conducted online, one-on-one

Duration is approximately 30–40 minutes

Details regarding timing and access will be shared after booking

Late arrivals may result in a shorter session to respect scheduling.

5. Payments & Refund Policy

The session fee of ₹299 is non-refundable

Once booked, sessions cannot be cancelled or refunded

In case of technical issues from our side, rescheduling may be offered

Please book only if you are certain about attending.

6. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during the session is treated with respect and confidentiality.
No details are shared with third parties.

7. Right to Refuse Service

The facilitator reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a session if:

The interaction becomes disrespectful or inappropriate

The service is requested for purposes outside its intended scope

8. Intellectual Property

All content, insights, frameworks, and materials shared during the session remain the intellectual property of Winners Ggeneric and may not be recorded, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
